Your failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account information, including having an invalid or expired payment method on file, may result in your inability to access and use the Service or Numbs’ termination of this Agreement with you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times. Unless otherwise permitted by Numbs in writing, you may only possess one Account.
3. Content
In using the Service, you may upload, create, transmit, store, or otherwise make available (“make available”) content, such as reviews, comments, images, videos, and other materials (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for all User Content that you make available through the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Numbs and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Numbs.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, Numbs specifically disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, regarding the Service including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy and non-infringement.

We will try to notify you of material revisions, for example via a service notification or an email to the email associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
